האתר מופעל על ידי ירון שאול, עצמאי הפועל מישראל. לשאלות בנוגע לפרטיות אפשר לפנות ב־יצירת קשר או ב־WhatsApp.
איזה מידע נאסף
אנחנו עשויים לאסוף:
- מידע שאתם שולחים במודע, למשל שם, טלפון, דוא״ל, שם העסק ותוכן פנייה בטופס, בדוא״ל או ב־WhatsApp.
- מידע טכני שנאסף אוטומטית בעת ביקור, למשל כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, מכשיר, עמודים שנצפו וזמן הביקור.
- מזהים שנוצרים על ידי עוגיות ופיקסלים של מדידה ופרסום, אלא אם דחיתם זאת בבאנר.
למה משתמשים במידע
המידע משמש למענה לפניות, לתפעול האתר, לשיפור התוכן והשירות, למדידת ביקורים וביצועי פרסום, ולהתאמת מודעות בפלטפורמות פרסום. אין מכירה של רשימות תפוצה לצדדים שלישיים.
עוגיות, מדידה ופרסום
האתר משתמש בעוגיות תפעול הכרחיות כדי שהעמוד יעבוד. Google Analytics (GA4) נטען כברירת מחדל למדידת ביקורים. ייתכן שיתווספו גם פיקסלי פרסום, למשל של Meta. כלים אלה עשויים לשמור מזהים בדפדפן, למדוד ביקורים ולהציג פרסום.
אם תלחצו על «דחייה», המדידה תופסק, תג Google Analytics יוסר, והאתר ימשיך לפעול בלי מדידה ובלי פיקסלי פרסום. הבחירה נשמרת לביקורים הבאים. אפשר לשנות אותה על ידי מחיקת נתוני האתר בדפדפן ורענון העמוד.
עם מי משתפים מידע
מידע עשוי להיות זמין לספקי שירות שעוזרים להפעיל את האתר, ובהם אחסון, דוא״ל או WhatsApp, וכלי מדידה ופרסום אלא אם דחיתם אותם. ספקים אלה פועלים לפי המדיניות שלהם ועשויים לעבד מידע גם מחוץ לישראל.
כמה זמן שומרים
פניות נשמרות כל עוד נדרש לטיפול בבקשה ולניהול הקשר העסקי, או לפי חובה חוקית. נתוני מדידה ופרסום נשמרים לפי הגדרות הכלי הרלוונטי.
הזכויות שלכם
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות בישראל, אפשר לבקש לעיין במידע ששמור עליכם, לתקן אותו או לבקש את מחיקתו, בכפוף לסייגים שבדין. אפשר גם למשוך הסכמה למדידה ולפרסום בכל עת. לפנייה בנושא: WhatsApp.
אבטחה וילדים
ננקטים אמצעים סבירים להגן על מידע, אך אין העברה באינטרנט מאובטחת לחלוטין. האתר אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 18, ואין כוונה לאסוף מהם מידע במודע.

מדיניות זו עשויה להתעדכן. התאריך בראש העמוד ישתנה בהתאם. כלי המדידה הפעיל כעת הוא Google Analytics.

Who is responsible
This website is operated by Yaron Shaool, a sole practitioner based in Israel. For privacy questions, use Contact or WhatsApp.
What information is collected
We may collect:
- Information you send on purpose, such as your name, phone number, email, business name, and the content of a message via a form, email, or WhatsApp.
- Technical information collected automatically when you visit, such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and time of visit.
- Identifiers created by analytics and advertising cookies or pixels, unless you reject them in the consent bar.
How the information is used
We use it to reply to enquiries, operate the site, improve content and service, measure visits and ad performance, and show or measure ads on advertising platforms. We do not sell mailing lists to third parties.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The site uses essential cookies so pages can function. Google Analytics (GA4) loads by default to measure visits. Advertising pixels, for example from Meta, may be added later. These tools may store identifiers in your browser, measure visits, and show ads.
If you choose Reject, measurement stops, the Google Analytics tag is removed, and the site continues without analytics or advertising pixels. That choice is kept for later visits. You can change it by clearing this site’s data in your browser and reloading the page.
Who we share information with
Information may be available to service providers that help run the site, including hosting, email or WhatsApp, and analytics or advertising tools unless you reject them. Those providers follow their own policies and may process information outside Israel.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the request and manage a business relationship, or as required by law. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to the relevant tool’s settings.
Your rights
Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, you may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information held about you, subject to legal limits. You may also withdraw consent for analytics and advertising at any time. Contact: WhatsApp.
Security and children
Reasonable steps are taken to protect information, but no internet transmission is completely secure. This site is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

This policy may change. The date at the top of the page will be updated. The analytics tool in use now is Google Analytics.
